Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CLOSEOUT and ON SALE/ DISCOUNTED GEAR OR ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@pamgear.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
Warranty claims are approved on a case-by-case basis, based off of our Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy. Pure Adrenaline Motorsports reserves the right to offer a repair over a replacement. Make sure to discuss your warranty issues/needs with a member of our support team PRIOR TO sending your item(s) to us. This way we can verify availability, address questions or concerns, and properly process the claim.
Keep in mind that Warranties are generally meant to cover Manufacturing Defects (ie: premature failures, faulty parts, issues during production, lower than designed lifespan, etc). Accidents/accidental damages, lost/stolen, soiled/stained, or any other scenario that does not specifically relate to a failure of the product itself will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping of the new replacement/warranty item(s) will be covered by us. Depending on each scenario, a return shipping label will be provided at the discretion of our support team, taking into consideration length of ownership, condition of the product when failure occurred, etc. Items being warrantied will either stay with the customer or ship back for review to:

Warranties can only be offered on models that are still produced.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 Days of the delivery date, and are only valid if returned in new & unused condition, with tags, and original box (where applicable). Proof of purchase in some form is required. Exchange requests beyond 30 Days are subject to approval on a case by case basis and are subject to denial (ie: closeout items, discontinued items, too far beyond the exchange window, etc).
Shipping of the new replacement/exchange item(s) will be covered by us to the lower 48 states, however, the initial return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Pure Adrenaline Motorsports will only provide a return shipping label on exchanges/returns if the item(s) arrive damaged, are faulty, or if we are at fault for shipping the wrong size, color, or product. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
